The staff was super friendly. Check-in went smoothly. The front door felt VERY secure. I felt safe . My room had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was soft, and the bathroom was clean.
The location suited my needs but might be inconvenient for central access. Regular buses stop nearby, but the ride into town takes about half an hour. I think for some, this distance from the center could be an issue.

My bedroom was lovely. It was really nice and neat. The room looked exactly like the pictures, with super comfy blankets. It included plenty of plug sockets, so charging devices was easy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also very cute. I constantly received messages. I felt the attention and care. Management was friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and I felt safe.

the room felt so safe and cute. the hotel boasts beautiful furnishings and a really comfy bed, exactly what i needed. the bathroom was beautiful and efficient too. I already miss that amazing shower! the team provided excellent pre-arrival info.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms. it was a little disruptive. hopefully, they can improve this soon.
